Thornthwaite (2002), the key factors that make up the various preferences are
the life cycle phase, parental category, household model, country, gender,
class position, occupation, and supervision.
However, everyone desires a different working life balance. Some people live to get a modeling job. the main team loves their job very much and can eat for the rest of their lives. Public health and cold will not be within the priority list. But the second group prioritizes their free time over their working life and has a job that allows for that. So a decent work-life earns a piece and health in creating content and providing for your desires.

As we grow increasingly more connected through technology and social media, it is becoming more and more difficult to separate work from our personal lives. It is very to check emails at all hours, take business calls at the dinner table and work on our laptops on weekends. Employers expect more from their employees, which leads to them feeling more pressure to achieve greater results. This leads to longer working hours and less time spent at home. Thanks for sharing.
